Bio:
James Brahm is a U.S. Air Force officer, a Rhodes Scholar, and a Truman Scholar. A distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, he majored in Computer Science and minored in in Nuclear Weapons and Mandarin Chinese. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Oxford and is currently reading for an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy. James previously worked as a malware analyst at Dynetics, a defense contractor and engineering firm. He has also interned at QC Ware, a Silicon Valley startup, and has a patent pending in quantum annealing. His primary interests include cyberwarfare, nuclear engineering, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, deterrence theory, and how these can be applied to promote a peaceful and free world.
